I was on facebook today and I came across a quote that just made me smile. “Don’t change so that people will like you. Be yourself and the right people will love the real you.” Such a powerful statement, because in today’s world obsessed with image, knowing the right people and looking the right way. It can be tremendous pressure to have to live up to other people’s standards when they are not your standards. When you love you and realize that the people who are meant to be in your life will love your authentic you. It removes so much pressure and allows more energy to live, love and laugh in your life.
