Lisa Barry is a long-time radio broadcaster who has met and interviewed a wide variety of people from Cheech & Chong to former President Jimmy Carter.  Lisa loves to connect with people and brighten their day with love and laughter.  Tired of all the negativity we are constantly confronted with and news mostly of what is wrong, Lisa believes Empower Radio can be a bright light in the world and can help us all navigate the rocky road of everyday living.

In addition to her lengthy radio background, Lisa does positive public speaking and event hosting in the Detroit area.  She has participated in numerous fundraising campaigns including the Children's Miracle Network, The Make A Wish Foundation, St. Jude's for kids, and the Michigan Humane Society among others.  She has received numerous broadcasting awards and now brings her years of experience to "Live Laugh Love" on Empower Radio.
