Suffering is not holding you. You are holding suffering.  When you become good at the art of letting sufferings go, then you'll come to realize how unnecessary it was for you to drag those burdens around with you. You'll see that no one else other than you was responsible. The truth is that existence wants your life to become a festival.

I have grown to love the unexpected... for in it is the miraculous.. here is where we are shown.. events that create our lives to be more enjoyable, more loving, more adventurous than anything we ever could have planned. Why do we think we know.. when we let go..and trust.. the mundane of life becomes the profound... leave your concepts at the door of fate.. open your arms.. today is a good day.

Wake up your Spirit today. Give your over thinking brain a rest and shift your focus to your heart. Give yourself room to breathe and relax. Without this needed space you will have difficulty tuning into your inner voice. You can tell whatever is pressing down on you to just BACK OFF. Put your spirit in charge and know the more inner space and breath you take, the more true power to authentically LEAD your life you will have.

If there were in the world today any large number of people who desired their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we could have paradise in a few years.

May the sun bring you new energy by day, may the moon softly restore you by night, may the rain wash away your worries, may the breeze blow new strength into your being, may you walk through the world, and know its beauty all the days of your life.

I have three precious things which I hold fast and prize. The first is gentleness; the second is frugality; the third is humility, which keeps me from putting myself before others. Be gentle and you can be bold; be frugal and you can be liberal; avoid putting yourself before others and you can become a leader among men.

Hope transforms pessimism into optimism. Hope is invincible. Hope changes everything. It changes winter into summer, darkness into dawn, descent into ascent, barrenness into creativity, agony into joy. Hope is the sun. It is light. It is passion. It is the fundamental force for life's blossoming.

Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can.

The more love you give, the more love you will receive. It may not always look like that, but it is the absolute truth. You may not get it from those to whom you give it -- just know that you will, no, you must get it. Love is always returned to those who give it freely and courageously, without strings or expectations.

The art of being yourself at your best is the art of unfolding your personality into the person you want to be. . . . Be gentle with yourself, learn to love yourself, to forgive yourself, for only as we have the right attitude toward ourselves can we have the right attitude toward others.
