Jennifer_Cormier_2_747728741.jpegJennifer Cormier is a Grief Coach who supports individuals and families moving through life transitions, grief and celebrations. Jenn has 20 years of experience as a somatic healing practitioner and therapeutic bodyworker and brings her deep understanding of the body to help people who are suffering from grief and depression after losing someone they love.

Jenn stands for the importance of bringing not just the head and heart to the table when working with loss, but acknowledging the body's huge role in the movement and healing of grief.  Jenn is the creator of a system called 'The 7 Grace Gateways' - It is a fluid and customizable system she takes her clients through so that they can move through their Grief with Ease, Support and Love.  Jenn has just opened the doors to her year long program called 'Heal your Grief' where clients walk an entire year receiving community support, deep listening, and the other healing tools from her '7 Grace Gateways' so that they can walk through life lighter, free of guilt, with more love for themselves and for all those still living.

Jenn is a stand that grief is one of the most important healing journeys anyone can go on - she knows this because it was a healing journey she embarked on herself after the death of her dad Gil in 2012. The last time we had Jenn on the show she shared about her dad's cancer and healing journey and his death in their living room. How it was a life changing experience filled with pure love and was what guided her to the work she is currently offering.

Today Jenn will share with us the story of her healing quest after her dad's death and how the liquid lead of her grief was transformed with the help of two mentors, a perspective shift, and a year long intentional grief walk filled with movement, creativity and connection.
