Michael_Schafer_910624937.jpgMichael Schafer Esq., known as The Wine Counselor®, is a professor at The Culinary Institute of Michigan at Baker College and at Oakland Community College. He is a Sommelier, Certified Specialist of Wine, Certified Specialist of Spirits, and Certified Culinary Travel Professional. He created the beverage program at Dorsey Schools Michigan and taught at The International Culinary School of the Art Institute of Michigan. Consumer classes about wine and spirits are also part of his repertoire. He is a regular contributor to numerous publications and writes quarterly articles for the Tasters Guild Journal and the Journal of the American Wine Society.

Dr. Terri Orbuch (aka The Love Doctor®) is an internationally recognized relationship expert, author, speaker, professor at Oakland University, and research scientist at the University of Michigan’s Institute for Social Research. She is also the director of a landmark study, funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where she has been following the same couples for almost 3 decades.
