Jordan –
Jordan Foxworthy was born in Los Angeles, CA, but considers Atlanta, GA to be her hometown since she’s lived most of her life there. When she was 14 years old, Jordan and her dad traveled to Kenya with a group from their church to work in an AIDS orphanage. After that trip, Jordan’s view of the world was changed and she felt inspired to try to do her own part to change the world for the better. That same year Jordan teamed up with Compassion International and began the Bite Back Campaign, which worked to raise money to supply villages in Africa with mosquito nets and provide educational materials to help prevent the spread of the disease. Since 2006, Bite Back has sent almost 300,000 to 12 different malaria affected countries and has raised almost $3,000,000 since Jan. 2010. Jordan continues to work with Bite Back and has also traveled extensively to volunteer in other impoverished countries, such as Ecuador and Russia. Jordan currently lives in Atlanta, GA and plans to study film and African studies at UGA.

Sarah-
Born and raised in the small town of Fraser, Michigan only encouraged Sarah Politis to dream big and to pursue those dreams. Her parents John & Michele, and brothers Alex and J.J. always supported her to make positive changes in the world. When she was a junior in high school she realized that she wasn’t willing o sit back and wait for her dreams to happen, so she created an online talk show for young people about POsitive and POwerful role models called “The PoPo Show.” (also a nickname derived from her last name!) Her very first interview was with Alan Mulally, the CEO and President of Ford Motor Company at the company’s world headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. Since then, she has interviewed many other inspiring individuals like Michael Strahan, Rebecca Soni, Drew Barrymore, and Jerry Mathers. Now, she is studying Broadcast Journalism at the University of Southern California in hopes of expanding her message to inspire young people to pursue their dreams and to make the world a better place!
