As a professional communicator, trainer, and coach, she offers self-study courses, public training and private coaching on confidence, communications and bravery. Allegra worked in corporate communications for over 17 years across several industries including high tech, consumer products, and healthcare. Her experiences at companies including General Mills, Intel and the Mayo Clinic have helped shape her unique perspective on change, chaos and communications. She has served on boards for the Twin Cities Community Gospel Chorus and WomenVenture and currently volunteers with Dress for Success and other charitable organizations devoted to empowering women.
