Little did he know that his work in the Italian military would bring him to war torn places across the globe. His singular focus is helping to rebuild lives, communities and human understanding.

His newest project, Xerdan, works to build Strategic Design and Intercultural Connections globally. Through an exclusive methodology, X_Sphere©, together with Quadruple Bottom Line© approach, an approach that looks at concurring elements, aimed to prevent crisis, and then to facilitate problem solving. Vincenzo Di Dato is an officer in the Italian military and has worked as a peace-keeper globally - in the Middle East, Central Asia, Central American, Sub-Sahara Africa.

Elaine M. Grohman has been working in the field of Energy Medicine for nearly 20 years.
