Carly Neubert, BA, NC is a native Californian and grew up vacationing at Pismo Beach. She graduated from Brigham Young University and moved to the Central Coast with her husband and pets. She attended Hawthorn University for her certification and finished the First Line Therapy training program. She is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. Carly is a chapter leader for the Weston A Price Foundation.
Carly came to Study nutrition out of necessity. She was plagued with digestive symptoms, anxiety, and depression. Through diet and lifestyles changes she able to alleviate and manage these issues. She began her quest to teach others that our bodies have a fundamental need for proper nourishment. She believes the ideal diet for humans is most closely described by the Weston A Price Foundation. But there are many other diets and eating plans that are helpful and effective depending on your specific health concerns and issues.
