We’ve all been there. One second we’re feeling good, making healthy choices for self and thriving and then bam… the holidays come along and derail our progress and slap us with an extra 10lbs. Come January, we’re making resolutions we won’t keep and feeling down on ourselves for breaking boundaries. In today’s podcast, I’m going to spill the tea on my easiest and most favorite tips to make it through the holidays unscathed while still enjoying the festivities.
