With a strong interest in whole person health and wellness, and a passion for integrating mindfulness and mind-body practices into her work and her own life, she teaches people practical tools for well-being. Her newest book is Dancing on the Tightrope:  Transcending the Habits of Your Mind and Awakening to Your Fullest Life.  She is also the author of two award winning books: The Transformative Power of Ten Minutes: An Eight Week Guide to Reducing Stress and Cultivating Well-Being, and Gifts of the Rain Puddle: Poems, Meditations and Reflections for the Mindful Soul.

Dr. Terri Orbuch (aka The Love Doctor®) is an internationally recognized relationship expert, author, speaker, professor at Oakland University, and research scientist at the University of Michigan’s Institute for Social Research.
