Lisa Erickson is an author, teacher, and energy worker specializing in women’s energetics and sexual trauma healing. Her new book “Chakra Empowerment for Women” aims to help women through some of the most difficult and stressful transitions in life by aligning energy, achieving balance, and being present and mindful to recover the energy of your empowered self. For more than 15 years, she has worked with both men and women to heal the emotional wounds that come from abuse and assault through teaching and private sessions. Lisa is certified in mindfulness meditation instruction and trauma sensitivity, and has trained in a broad range of healing modalities. She is a member of the International Association of Meditation Instructors, the American Holistic Health Association, the Energy Medicine Practitioners Association, and The Breathe Network, a non-profit dedicated to supporting holistic healing for sexual trauma survivors.
