What are Nightmares and How Can They Help You?

Have you ever had recurring nightmares, upsetting dreams or dreams that you just don't understand? In sleep studies, 85% of adults report having at least one nightmare in the past year, and 29% report at least one a month. Dr. Terri talks to Dr. Clare R. Johnson (PhD), an international speaker, teacher, and author of the new book, "The Art of Transforming Nightmares."
